Grey Hair Salon is a Miami hair salon specializing in grey blending, grey hair transitions, and color correction, with two locations serving clients across South Florida.

Our mission

We believe grey hair is not something to hide, cover, or fear.

Most women think they have only two options: keep coloring every three weeks forever, or go completely silver. There is an enormous amount of room between those two extremes, and that space is where we work. You can soften your greys. You can blend them with dimension and keep your darkness. You can grow them out gradually without a harsh line. You can make them look intentional instead of accidental. And if you do want to go fully silver, there is a safe way to get there.

Our work is about giving women that choice back — and showing them that embracing their canas can be the most beautiful decision they make.

Grey Hair Salon is the home of Gretell Diez, a Cuban master hairstylist and grey blending specialist with nearly two decades behind the chair.

Gretell is the creator of Grey Blending — her signature technique for integrating natural grey hair into color, built over years of working almost exclusively with women in transition. Alongside it she developed The Grey Reset, her proprietary pigment-clearing process for removing accumulated artificial color so grey can be blended safely, in one, two, or three sessions depending on the hair.
